Focusing on form, breathing, and teaching the body to move fluidly for longevity, her sessions ground clients into their body, allowing for deep transformation to take place. Through hands on touch, rolling release work, and facial massage, Jennifer’s sessions relax the nervous system while simultaneously sculpting the body’s silhouette.
